Managed a group of approximately two hundred (200) incredible Executive Management Team & Associates whose sole goal was to create value for each and every one of our customers. This global force was tasked with setting up business operations on (5) continents to manage the international specialty retail businesses. This time sensitive business included Sales & Marketing, Operations, Technology (Front & Back Office – In-house Software Development) including the development and ongoing maintenance of Online Platforms as well as Social Media)
We built the business into the world’s largest in our space which also enabled the company to vertically integrate into other areas of specialty retail
Due to our incredible success, we were able to grow internal personnel which assisted in building a culture by which each Manager worked every day as if they were an owner of the business, he/she managed.
No matter the size of the business that we partnered, we developed each business unit as a bespoke venture to ensure we built an individualized business model that appealed to each partner customer demographics.
Our company assets were very valuable, and we developed top notch operational controls to handle every aspect of the chain of custody including security measures that provided multiple check points within the process. We also developed other operational methods to easily check and ensure that any and all potential weak points were removed from the process.
At the end of the day, we continued to achieve best in class operations as well as sales and marketing and technology which in turn delivered on going value to our customers all supported by premium customer service.
Working with my Executive Management team we developed and tweaked our strategic short term and long-term plans with the same goal of continuing to deliver Best in Class Service to all of our partners on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
